Curd icebergs



  • 360 g of curds
  • 6 tbsp of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 20 g of raisins
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of dried breadcrumbs
  • 20 g of marmaleda
  • vanillin (tip of the knife)


Ground eggs with sugar and 4 tbsp of sour cream. Add curds, washed raisins, and vanillin dissolved in a spoon of hot water. Mix the ingredients.

Peel and slice apples.

Grease the baking trays with dairy butter and powder them with dried breadcrumbs. Lay out the curd mass and apples interlacing the layers. You should get the form of iceberg.

Bake “icebergs” in the oven. Then pour them with sour cream and decorate with marmalade.
