Fish meatballs


  • 100 g of fish
  • 20 g of white bread
  • 1/8 of bulb onion
  • 2 tsp of wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 6-7 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp of salt solution


Peel fish. Cut off the jacket and fishbones. Mince filleted fish. Add chopped parsley, grated onion, bread soaked in the milk, flour and salt solution. Mix the mass and divide it into the meatballs. Place them in a pan or in a deep stewing pan. Pour meatballs with tomato sauce and simmer them in the covered pan or oven for 15-20 minutes.
