Fish soup for children



  • 100 g of fish (advisable – salmon)
  • 1/2 potatoes
  • 1/2 bulb onion
  • 1 tbsp of cut carrot
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • verdure (parsley / dill)
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil


Bring to boil 500 ml of water. Add peeled and cubed potato. Pour sunflower oil. Cook potato for 10 minutes. Cut frozen fish into pieces and put them in the pan. Bring to boil 2-3 times. Scum from time to time. Peel and chop bulb onion, add carrot to it and fry the ingredients on the sunflower oil slightly. Then add them to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes. Salt and powder the soup with finely cut dill or parsley. Bring it to boil again and serve.
