Fried potato “Experimenter”



  • 1 kg of potato
  • 200-250 g of sausage
  • 200-250 g of cheese
  • 1-2 bulb onions
  • 2 bell peppers/ 2 tomatoes
  • sunflower oil
  • dairy butter


Peel and cube potato. Heat the sunflower oil and the dairy butter on a frying pan. Add potato and begin to fry it. Slice sausage and grate cheese. Whip the eggs. Cut onion in the form of rings. Slice bell peppers or tomatoes. Add sausage, cheese, eggs, bulb onion, salt, and spicery to the potato. Mix everything and continue to fry. Add pepper and tomato at the end of frying.
