Fried potato with pumpkin


  • 600 g of potato
  • 400 g of pumpkin
  • 5 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 4 tbsp of sour cream
  • dill / parsley
  • salt – to taste


Peel pumpkin, remove the seeds. Slice the vegetable and coat it in flour. Fry the pumpkin, add milk and cover the pan. Then stew it in the oven. Peel and fry potato.

Put potato on the plate. Place pumpkin above. Pour them with sour cream and powder with dill / parsley.
