Gammon and champagne


  • 1 glass of strawberries
  • 5-6 lettuce and mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 200 g of gammon
  • 1 bottle of champagne


Cut lettuce leaves into two parts and place them on a plate. Slice gammon and place it above. Cut mint and strawberries. Mix them with sour cream and serve with meat.

Pout champagne in the glasses and eat the appetizer.
