Ingredients:
- 5 kg of sweet apples
- 5 kg of sour apples
- 10 l (liter) of water
- 3 kg of sugar
- 1 kg of ashberry
Cooking
Place sweet and sour apples in a keg. Pour water, add sugar and ground ashberry. Mix everything thoroughly. Put the keg in a cold place for 2 months.
Serve chilled.
