Potato pancakes – Kremzlyky

 

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of potato
  • 50 g of flour
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g of garlic
  • 50 g of fat
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste

Cooking

Peel and grate potato. Add flour, finely cut onion, eggs, black ground pepper, and crumbled with salt garlic. Mix everything properly. Heat the fat on a frying pan. Put kremzlyky with tablespoon there. Fry them on both sides.

Pour kremzlyky with sour cream before serving.
