“Lazy” dumplings


  • 200 g white bread (dry)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g dairy butter
  • 400 g curds
  • 1/2 glass wheat flour
  • vanillin
  • cheese
  • salt – to taste


Grate white bread. Grind eggs with sugar. Then add the bread, dairy butter, curds, flour, and vanillin dissolved in hot water. Knead the dough.

Roll it and cut into pieces (the breadth of each – 1 cm). Place dumplings in the boiling and salted water. Cook them for 15 minutes.

Powder “lazy” dumplings with grated cheese and serve them with sour cream.
