Liver roll



  • 100 g of beef liver
  • 200 g of salo (pork)
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 1 tbsp of gelatin
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Pour beef liver with boiling water (in order to take away the bitterness). Slice meat and fry it on the dairy butter. Slice bulb onion and fry until it gets golden color.

Slice salo. Combine it with fried onion, liver, and gelatin. Add salt, pepper and mix everything properly. Wrap in the cellophane in the form of roll. Put it in the boiling water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then take off the cellophane.

Slice liver roll and serve with vegetables.
