Nut stuffed pancakes

Ingredients:

Dough

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • milk
  • a pinch of salt

Stuffing

  • 250 g ground nuts
  • 100 g milk
  • 1 tbsp berry jam

Sauce

  • 3 whites
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 500 g milk
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 1 chocolate

Cooking

Knead dough. Fry thin pancakes. Bring to boil milk. Add ground nuts and jam. Cook the stuffing over low heat until you get the homogenous mass. Grease the pancakes with the filling and roll them up.

Sauce

Bring to boil milk and add sugar. Then whip the whites and pour them to the sauce. Boil it over low heat. Pour the pancakes with the cooked sauce. Then melt the chocolate and decorate the pancakes with it.
