Pie with a Creamy Strawberry Filling


This amazing pie is very easy to cook yet the result is awesome! Really! Believe it! Moist crusts soaked with a tender filling and accompanied by delicious strawberry flavor. If  you are seeking a new recipe for your family pie, this one is just the option. It will take pride of place in your cookbook.

This pie is sweet, light, luscious, and very appetizing. Be prepared that it can be eaten in just minutes since its taste is hard to resist.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • a pinch of vanillin
  • 1.5 – 2 cups of flour
  • dairy butter (for greasing)


  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 250 ml condensed milk
  • 150 g (5 oz) strawberries


Whip eggs with sugar until smooth. Combine soda with vinegar and add sour cream. Then stir in the egg mixture. Add vanillin and cocoa. Add flour gradually and mix everything carefully until you get a batter of medium consistency.

Divide the batter into two equal parts and transfer them to two baking trays greased with dairy butter. Bake the crusts until golden.

Let’s cook the filling. Combine sour cream and condensed milk thoroughly. Wash strawberries and slice them.

Transfer one baked crust to a serving plate. Grease it with the prepared filling and arrange the strawberries there. Top everything with the second crust. Grease it with the filling.
