Pork chops with mango sauce

This dish is spicy, juicy and savoury.


  • 1/3 glass of red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of black eyed peas
  • 1/2 of mango
  • 1200 g of pork
  • olive oil
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


  • 1 mango
  • 1 tin of black kidney beans
  • 2 glasses of finely cut spring onion
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 glass of lime / lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 glass of finely cut coriander / parsley
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Divide pork into 3 pieces and chop them. Grease the chops with olive oil and spice them with salt and black ground pepper. Bake the meat on the oven grid for 10-12 minutes.

Combine red wine vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Boil the mixture for 5-7 minutes. Then filter it. Peel and grind mango. Add the mixture and boil for 1 minute. Grind the mass through the sieve. Take off the chops from the grill and pour them with sauce. Then bake the meat for 10 -15 minutes more.


Combine lime / lemon juice, honey and dairy butter and whip the ingredients. Peel and chop mango. Wash and dry black kidney beans. Peel serrano pepper in the gloves, remove the seeds and cut the vegetables finely. Mix all the prepared ingredients properly. Add salt, pepper, spring onion, coriander, and olive oil. Mix everything again. Let the sauce draw for 30 minutes.

Serve chops with sauce.
