Pork with prunes


  • 600 g of pork
  • 80 g of stale bun
  • 250 g of prunes
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 0.5 glass of vinegar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 glass of water
  • 5 black eyed peas
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1.2 kg of potato
  • 2 tbsp of dairy butter


Wash pork and cut off the bones. Salt and fry it on the well heated dairy butter. Place meat in the pan and pour it with 3 glasses of water and o.5 glass of vinegar. Then add bay leaf and black eyed peas. Cover the pan and stew the pork.

Wash and boil prunes. Grate them through the sieve. Grate stale bread also. Fry it slightly on the dairy butter. Mix the bun with prunes, sugar, and juice in which the pork was stewed. Boil everything properly and grate through the sieve again. Cut the pork into pieces and pour it with this sauce.
