Ingredients:
- 1 kg pumpkin
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g dairy butter
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Peel pumpkin and grate it. Then pour the pumpkin with milk and stew it. Add flour, yolks grated with sugar and whipped whites. Pour the cooked mass in the form of pancakes on the frying pan and fry the pancakes until they get golden color from the both sides.
