If you would like to make a Ukrainian borsch but don’t want to spend much time on cooking, then this recipe is just for you. This borsch can be cooked very quickly but it is no less tasty than any other variations of the Ukrainian borsch.
The main thing which you need to do is to wash and peel all the vegetables and cut chicken. Then combine the ingredients and boil them until done. Everything is very simple!
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 4 beetroots
- 1 bulb onion
- 2 chicken fillets
- 400 g (14 oz) potato
- 400 g (14 oz) cabbage
- black ground pepper – to taste
- fresh parsley – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Cut chicken fillets into medium pieces. Pour water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add the meat. Adjust salt and black ground pepper to your taste.
Wash and peel all vegetables. Slice beetroots thinly. Dice potatoes. Add the beetroots and potatoes to the pan. Stir to combine.
Dice the bulb onion finely. Grate the carrot. Chop the cabbage finely. Rinse and chop parsley. Add the ingredients to the pan and continue to cook the borsch until done.
