Ragout with salty mushrooms



  • 600 g of salty mushrooms
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 300 g of potato
  • 50 g of dairy butter
  • 0.5 glass of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • spring onion
  • salt
  • black ground pepper


Wash salty mushrooms thoroughly and place them in cold water for 2 hours. Then fry mushrooms on the dairy butter.

Wash vegetables. Peel and cube potato. Cut bulb onion in the form of ring. Fry all the ingredients slightly. Put them in a deep stewing pan and add mushrooms.

Add salt, pepper. Mix sour cream with tomato sauce. Pour ragout with it. Place in the oven and stew.

Powder dish with finely cut spring onion before serving.
