Raisin and nut swiss roll


  • 500 g pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g nuts
  • 130 g dairy butter
  • 130 g sugar


Roll pastry with the depth ≈ 12 cm. Cut it into the layers. Grease them with dairy butter plentifully. Chop nuts. Powder the layers with sugar, nuts and raisins. Place the layers one into another and shape them in the form of roll. Place it on the baking tray. Let it rise, grease with egg and bake in the oven over medium heat.
