Salad “Admiration”


  • 200 g white cabbage
  • 300 g fried/baked pork
  • 1 red Bulgarian pepper
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves
  • some red cabbage leaves
  • some black olives and green olives
  • parsley / dill


Cut white cabbage finely. Peel and grate apple. Grate cheese. Cut bulb onion finely. Mix cabbage, apple, cheese, and bulb onion carefully. Dress the ingredients with mayonnaise. Wash lettuce leaves and red cabbage leaves, dry them and put on a plate. Slice pork and place the meat above. Add the cooked salad on the meat. Decorate it with cut red Bulgarian pepper and olives. Then put parsley or dill on top.
