Salad “New Year Candle”


  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • lettuce leaves
  • 100 g olives (without stones)
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard


Boil chicken, cool and cut it into medium-size pieces. Place the meat in a deep dish. Slice cheese and sweet pepper. Peel cucumbers and slice them. Cut olives. Chop walnuts. Cut lettuce leaves.

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard. Mix everything. You should get the homogenous mass. Mix all ingredients. Place them on a dish in the form of a ball.

Cut off the rectangle from the cheese and place it above the salad. Decorate the borders of the salad with lettuce leaves. Cut off “the flame” and the bow from the sweet pepper. Then add olives and almonds.
