Ingredients:
- 200 g of brown rice
- 420 g of red haricot beans (preserved)
- 1 sweet pepper
- 2 celery roots
- 4 bulb onions
- 3 tbsp of finely cut parsley
- freshly ground pepper powder – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Boil rice for 30-40 minutes. It should become soft. Pour out the water and wash the rice in cold water. Cut pepper, celery roots, and bulb onion. Add rice, red haricot beans, and parsley. Salt and pepper the salad. Mix the ingredients properly.
