Salami canapé


  • 1 rye bread with sesame
  • 100 g of salami
  • 1/2 olives or black olives tin
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 50 g of dried tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • lettuce leaves
  • parsley


Slice bread and salami. Cut sweet pepper and tomatoes. Sprinkle the slices of bread with olive oil and dry them a little in the oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes. Place salami above. String pepper, tomatoes, olives/ black olives and bread with salami on the little skewer. Place lettuce leaves on the plate. Lay out the canapé above. Decorate the dish with parsley.

Tip! You may use cucumbers instead of dried tomatoes.
