Salty “fingers”



  • 1.25 glass of flour
  • 200 g of potato mash
  • 200 g of butter
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • salt – to taste


Mix flour with potato mash and butter, add some salt. Roll the dough (the breadth is 2-3 cm, the depth – 1.5-2 cm). Cut it into strips, place them on a baking sheet, grease with eggs, powder with caraway seeds and bake.
