Sausage and mushroom pizza



  • 70 g sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 package of dry yeast
  • 60 g dairy butter
  • 850 g flour
  • salt


  • 50 g sausage
  • 300 g tomato sauce
  • 40 g dairy butter
  • 60 ml sunflower oil
  • 150 g ceps
  • 120 ml white grape wine
  • 200 g bulb onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • black ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil



Dissolve dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Leave the mass for 10 minutes. Add melted and cooled dairy butter. Then add flour gradually. Salt the dough and knead it.


Brown finely cut bulb onion. Slice ceps and fry them on dairy butter. Put the mushrooms in the hot tomato sauce, pour the wine, add pepper and boil the sauce for 10-15 minutes. Add chopped garlic and dairy butter. Mix the sauce properly.

Roll the dough. Grease the baking tray with dairy butter and powder it with flour. Place the dough there. Put cut sausage on it. Pour tomato sauce with mushrooms above.

Bake pizza in the previously warmed-up oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
