Savoury mushrooms


  • 75 g salted pork fat
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 tbsp dairy butter
  • 500 g champignons (small)
  • parsley/dill
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Slice the salted pork fat. Add finely cut bulb onion. Stew the ingredients for 3 minutes. Add washed champignons, salt, and pepper. Stew the ingredients for 5-7 minutes. Mix them properly.

Leave cooked mushrooms for 5 minutes. Then pour them with dill or parsley.
