Stuffed pork stomach



  • 1 pork stomach
  • 500 g of brisket (fat)
  • 200 g of minced meat (pork)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bulb onions
  • garlic – to taste
  • allspice – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • marjoram – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Wash pork stomach in cold water once or twice. Then wash it in warm water. Cut out bones from brisket. Cube it, add minced meat, eggs, finely cut bulb onion, and spicery. Mix everything properly. Fill pork stomach with stuffing, sew it up and bake in the oven.
