Ingredients: 1 kg (35 oz) strawberry 1 kg (35 oz) sugar 375 ml water A pinch of citric acid Cooking Cook syrup from sugar and water, add berries. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire, scum. Filter syrup through the colander and take out the berries. Bring to boil the syrup again, cook for 5 minutes.
