Potato verhuny

Ingredients: 6-7 potatoes 3 glasses of flour 1-2 eggs 1/3 glass of sunflower oil salt – to taste Cooking Boil potato, peel and mince it. Mix with flour, yolks and whipped whites thoroughly. Knead dough and roll it thinly. Cut the dough in the form of rhombs. Make a notch in the centre of each rhomb. Fry them in deep fat. Serve with sour cream or milk. Enjoy your meal!
