Vitamin soup



  • 1/2 kg sorrel
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • sunflower oil
  • parsley twig
  • 1 red pepper
  • rice
  • potato


Wash sorrel and cut it finely. Add salt and stew the sorrel on sunflower oil. Add 1 tbsp of flour, peeled and cut potato, rice. Then add some cold water and boil the soup. Serve the soup cold. Add pepper and dill beforehand.
