- 1 kg berries (raspberry/ currant/ strawberry/ plum/ pear)
- 1 l (liter) water
- 15 g yeast
You may use any berries. Wash berries and place them in a big glass or enameled vessel. Pour them with cooled boiled water. Then add yeast. Leave the mass in a warm place until it begins to ferment. Keep it for 4-5 days, then bottle the drink and cover the bottles. Keep yagodanka in a chilly place.
