Zucchini rolls


  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g (7 oz) sheep cheese (salty)
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • basil leaves
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • sugar – to taste


Slice zucchini across. Then place the zucchini in boiling water in order to soften them. Cube unsalted cheese. Grease slices of zucchini with mustard and squeezed garlic. Place a cube of cheese above each slice of zucchini. Roll the slices. Fry the cooked rolls on sunflower oil.

Place them on the dish and decorate with basil and mayonnaise.
