Braised cabbage with apples


  • 1 kg of fresh cabbage
  • 400 g of apples
  • 3 tbsp of fat
  • 0.75 glass of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 1 tbsp of finely cut parsley
  • 1 glass of broth / water


Chop and stew cabbage. Cut bulb onion finely. Fry onion and flour on the sunflower oil. Add cabbage, grated apples, sour cream, and salt. Mix everything and continue to stew 8-10 minutes. Powder dish with parsley before serving.
