Cabbage salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 kg of cabbage
  • 1.6 kg of carrot
  • 1.2 kg of bulb onion
  • 40 bay leaves
  • 25 black eyed peas
  • 25 g of vinegar essence
  • 200 g of salt
  • 900 g of sunflower oil
  • 50 g of caster sugar

Cooking

Chop cabbage, carrot, and onion. Add bay leaves, pepper, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, and vinegar essence. Mix the ingredients properly. Place them in the jars and pasteurize the liter jars for 20 minutes. You should get approximately 12 liters.
