This dish is especially popular during the hot season.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of cherries
- 3/4 glass of sugar
- 2 glasses of red table wine
- 1/2 glass of cold boiled water
- citric acid – to taste
- cinnamon – to taste
- cloves – to taste
Cooking
Wash cherries and take away stones from 1/4 part of the cherries. The other part of cherries squash with stones. Then grate them through the sieve and place in a dish. Add ground cinnamon, cloves, sugar, cold boiled water, wine, citric acid and cherries peeled from stones. Mix everything properly and cool.
