Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) chocolate
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) dairy butter

Cooking

Melt chocolate, add sugar and stir to combine. Let the mass cool for 15 minutes. Add softened dairy butter. Stir in eggs, one by one. Then add flour gradually. Mix everything carefully.

Grease cake pans with dairy butter and fill them with the prepared dough. Preheat an oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake until a toothpick inserted into the cakes comes out clean, for 6-10 minutes. Cool the cupcakes and then serve them.
