Tasty and flavorful string beans with garlic and lemon juice can be cooked in half of an hour. One more advantage of this recipe is that instead of frying you can boil string beans and dress them with a garlic-lemon sauce.
This dish is an easy and simple solution for a light summer dinner.
What could be better than enjoying vegetable and fruits when there are a lot of them at the market?
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp dairy butter
- 2 tsp squeezed garlic
- 4 cups of string beans
- black ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Wash string beans carefully and boil them in salted water for 4 minutes. Transfer the beans to a colander and let the water drain.
Preheat dairy butter, add squeezed garlic and fry it for 30 seconds. Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Combine the prepared mixture with the beans. Ajust salt and black ground pepper to your taste. Serve the dish warm.
