Haricot salad

  • 130 g of boiled haricot
  • 150 g of smoked sausage
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • black olives
  • parsley / dill

Sauce

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar
  • sunflower oil
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Cube pepper, tomatoes, and smoked sausage. Add boiled haricot. Mix the ingredients. Press garlic and combine it with salt, vinegar, and sunflower oil. Pour the haricot salad with cooked sauce. Decorate it with dill/ parsley and black olives.
