Makorzhenyky

Ingredients:

  • 5 glasses of flour
  • 40 g of yeast
  • 0.5 glass of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 0.5 glass of sugar
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • 100 g of poppyseed

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and poppyseed. Knead the dough pouring flour gradually. Make biscuits, place them on the baking tray greased with butter and bake in the oven.
