Nourishing sweet bread

  • 350 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g hazels
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 1 kg rye
  • 1 tbsp anise
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 200 g dark raisins
  • 200 g dates

Cooking

Grind sunflower seeds, hazels, walnuts, and rye carefully. You should get flour at the end. Cut anise, coriander, cloves and raisins finely. Mix all ingredients properly. Add 400 ml of warm water. Knead stiff dough. Shape two round loaves. Place the sweet loaves in the oven and bake them.

Keep cooked bread in the cold place under room-temperature. It is advisable to place bread in the metallic boxes.
