A rich and savoury soup with pork and champignons will sate any man and all the more reason a woman. The only detail is the cooking time. You will need about two hours. - 600 g (1,32 lb) pork
- 400 g (0,88 lb) champignons
- 1 bulb onion
- 1 carrot
- a medium celery root
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 g (0,11 lb) green peas
- a bay leaf
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Wash pork, place it in a pan and pour with water. Add salt, pepper and a bay leaf. Mix the ingredients and boil them for 2 hours. Scum from time to time.
Peel and slice champignons. Fry them for 5 minutes. Peel and chop a bulb onion, a carrot and a celery root. Mix the ingredients and saute them. Then add tomato paste to the frying pan and stir everything.
Cut the pork into medium pieces. Filter the meat broth and put the champignons and the prepared vegetables there. Then add green peas and the meat. Mix the ingredients properly, cook them for 5 minutes more and a scrumptious soup is ready to enjoy.
