Ingredients:
- 1 frozen mackerel
- 4-5 eggs
- 8-10 tomatoes
- 1 bulb onion
- 1-2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
- lemon juice – to taste
Cooking
Gill mackerel and boil it in salted water. Boil eggs. Cut the fish finely and remove the fishbones. Grate the eggs and peeled bulb onion. Mix all ingredients. Add salt, pepper, sunflower oil and lemon juice. Mix everything properly. Stuff tomatoes with the cooked mass.
