Apricot marmalade


  • 2 kg apricots
  • 1500 g sugar
  • 1 kg apples


Wash apricots. Remove the stones. Powder the fruits with sugar and leave them in the fridge for twenty-four hours. Wash apples and remove the seeds also. Boil the apples soft and grate them through the sieve. Add apples to the apricots and boil the ingredients until the mass becomes transparent.
