Autumn has already come and now there is nothing nicer than sitting in a family circle with a cup of delicious tea in hand.
This blend features flavors which we associate with autumn – honey, black tea, and gorgeous sea buckthorn with its silvery green leaves and juicy bright orange berries. Sea buckthorn is a rich and diverse nutritional resource. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, K, E and ten times the vitamin C of oranges. Sea buckthorn also includes bioactive nutrients such as fats and antioxidants that help our immune system to stay healthy.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp black tea
- 500 ml boiled water
- 150 g (5 oz) sea buckthorn
Cooking
Wash sea buckthorns carefully. Mash 2/3 of the berries and place in a teapot. Add the remaining berries and black tea. Mix the ingredients. Pour boiling water above and let the tea draw for 10-15 minutes. Pour out the prepared tea into cups. Add honey before serving.
Enjoy your meal!
