Cold tea

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 g of green tea
  • 1 сup of water
  • 2-3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 slice of orange/ lime

Cooking

Bring water to boil and add tea. Draw the tea for 5 minutes. Then filter the tea through a cheesecloth or tea strainer. Add sugar, stir, and cool. Add ice cubes and decorate with a slice of lemon or lime. Cold tea will help to tone your body up.

Enjoy your drink!

Tip! You can also add a fruit or berry juice to the cooked tea.
