Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 bulb onion
- 50 ml sour cream
- 500 g (17,5 oz) potato
- 200 g (7 oz) hard cheese
- dairy butter (for greasing)
- 500 g (17,5 oz) chicken fillet
- ground black pepper – to taste
- dry coriander – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Wash a chicken fillet and cut it into medium pieces. Place the meat in a pan and season it with ground black pepper, dry coriander, and salt. Mix everything carefully and set aside for half an hour to let the meat marinade.
Peel, wash, and slice potatoes. Then wash, drain, and cube tomatoes. Grate hard cheese coarsely.
Grease a glass baking dish with melted dairy butter. Arrange potato in the dish and pour sour cream above. Sprinkle it with black pepper and salt. Put the chicken pieces on top and cover them with the tomato slices. Then put the lid above the dish and place the dish in an oven. Bake the casserole for 40-50 minutes. Then top the ingredients with the grated cheese and continue to bake for 10 minutes more until the cheese melts.
Serve the dish hot.
