Baked chicken


  • 1 kg of chicken
  • 2 glasses of wheat breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of dairy butter
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • dill / parsley
  • 1 glass of sour cream


Mix 3/4 of wheat breadcrumbs with raw eggs, dairy butter, milk, finely cut dill, and finely cut parsley. Wash and peel chicken. Stuff it with this mass. Then sew the chicken, salt it and grease with dairy butter. Bake meat in the oven for 40 minutes (first 15 minutes at 230°C/446°F, and the last 25 minutes at 175°C/347°F). Turn over the chicken from time to time and pour it with juice. Powder meat with wheat breadcrumbs at the end of baking and do not turn it.

Serve baked chicken with vegetables.
