Bilberry and rice soup


  • 800 g water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp farina
  • 160 g sour cream
  • 200 g bilberry
  • 40 g rice


Wash and soak bilberries in cold water for 10 minutes. Then add 800 g of water, bring the mass to boil and cook it for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook the soup for 5-7 minutes. Pour farina dissolved in water and bring the soup to boil.

Place boiled rice in the dishes, pour it with cooked soup. Dress it with sour cream and serve.
