Cabbage salad with horseradish sauce



  • 1 cabbage
  • celery root
  • medium tomatoes
  • a bunch of dill
  • chilli pepper (ground)
  • 1-2 Bulgarian pepper
  • spring onion


  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • red wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt - to taste
  • black ground pepper - to taste



Combine mustard, horseradish sauce, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Add vinegar and olive oil at the end. Leave the sauce for 1 hour.

Chop cabbage, dill and spring onion. Slice celery and tomatoes. Cube Bulgarian peppers. Mix the ingredients.

Dress the salad with sauce. Then leave it for 15-20 minutes. Powder the salad with ground chilli pepper before serving.
