Cake ‘Potatoes’


  • 300 g of vanilla rusks
  • 150 g of dairy butter
  • 1 cup of sugar (not full)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of vodka/cognac

For powdering

  • 5 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder


Mince vanilla rusks. Add dairy butter, sugar, and vodka or cognac. Pour hot milk above. Mix everything properly and cool. Shape cakes from the prepared mass in the form of potatoes (1 portion – 1 tbsp of mixture). Bake the cakes in an oven for 20 minutes.

Mix sugar with cocoa powder and top the baked cakes with the mass before serving.
