- 1 kg of cauliflower
- 2.5 tbsp of dairy butter
- 1.5 tbsp of wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp of dried breadcrumbs
Wash cauliflower, cut out the leaves and the head of the cabbage. Divide cauliflower into parts and boil them in salted water.
